Here’s the truth: You’re here because something needs to change. Maybe it’s trauma you’re carrying, boundaries that collapse the second you set them, a life transition that knocked you off-center, or patterns that won’t stop repeating no matter what you try.
You don’t have to have everything figured out before reaching out. You just need to be willing to actively participate in your healing.

How to Get Started

Email, phone, or text — whatever is easiest. Let me know you’re interested and we’ll find a time to talk.
2. Schedule a first session
No pressure. No long-term commitment. Just a conversation to see if we’re a good fit.
3. If it feels right, we continue
If not, I’ll help you find someone who fits what you need. Either way, you’ll leave that first session with more clarity than you came in with.
